A check in table will be located at the entry to the Carson, Truckee, Tahoe Rooms.  We will begin early bird check in at 1900 hours on Thursday, September 30, and will continue with check ins until everyone is checked in. If you are willing to be placed on the "Watch Bill" for the check in table just let us know when you check in.

Please  bring your Cruise Books, Photo  Albums,  and other memorabilia to set up on the display tables we will have in the Hospitality Room.  We will be manning the Hospitality Room at all times while it is open  to ensure your items are secure. 

There will be a 50/50 Raffle and Door Prizes, if you have something that you would like to donate to the Raffle please contact Mary Snider at (510) 520-3047     

We will keep the Hospitality Room stocked with snacks and beverages (soft and hard) at all times.

1800 - 2200 Hours:  Banquet Dinner in the Casino Ballroom.   Dress Code is Dressy Casual to Semi-Formal. 

2200 - 2400 Hours:  Hospitality Room OPEN for Cocktails
